2 children aged 2–11.99 with 2 adults – the first child stays free, the second pays a fixed rate depending on the season;
2 adults with 2 children (one under 1.99 years, the other 2–11.99 years) – both children stay free of charge;
2 children aged 2–11.99 with 1 adult – each child receives 50% discount;
1 person over 12 years on an extra bed – fixed price applies according to season.

For all confirmed reservations – 30% advance payment, the remaining 70% on the day of check-in. No refunds in case of cancellation or no-show.
